I offer training for people and families affected by PPA, PPAOS and other FTD spectrum syndromes.
Additionally, I offer 1:1 and group mentoring for clinicians interested in learning more about working with individuals and families impacted by these syndromes.
PPA+ 8-Session Series
This educational course is designed for individuals and families impacted by PPA, PPAOS, and other FTD-spectrum syndromes (hereafter referred to as PPA). Each series is customized to the individual, their lifestyle, and their goals, and it prioritizes core values above all else.
Because PPA is a rare condition, finding speech-language services that fully address its unique challenges can be difficult. This course "front-loads" critical information, equipping you with the tools to navigate care and collaborate with your local provider on effective treatment approaches.
Designed and facilitated by an expert speech-language pathologist, this series will help you understand the symptoms and progression of PPA and offers a value-based framework for setting goals in behavioral therapy. By the end, you’ll feel confident evaluating care options and advocating for high-quality speech-language services.
Mentoring and Education
I provide short term and ongoing mentoring for individual clinicians and groups of clinicians who are looking to gain knowledge and tools to better serve their clients with PPA, PPAOS and FTD syndromes.
Speech-Language Therapy
